    Qualifications:

    -  High school diploma, college-level coursework in education or related field

    -  Successful experience working with children

    -  Knowledge of child growth and development with an apprecaition for classroom practices

    -  Good oral and written communication skills

    -  Required criminal history background check and proof of U.S. citizenship

    -  Valid New Jersey Instructional Certificate and Subject Area Endorsement or eligibility

    -  Ability to maintain a positive learning environment

    -  Strong interpersonal and communication skills
