Hi! My name is Cathryn Browning and I am so happy to be working with your children in Springfield School!  My mother and her brother and sisters all attended Springfield and my grandfather's name is on a plaque outside of the nurse's office because he served on the BOE.  Springfield School has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. 
     I actually grew up in Chesterfield, but after college, my husband and I built a house in Springfield over 20 years ago.  I finished my first Master's degree in Counseling before my children were born and in 2015, finished two more post Master's certifications: Learning Disabilities Teacher Consultant and Supervisor of Instruction. In my 25 years at Springfield, I have taught 3rd and 4th grade, enrichment and small group instruction in K-6, and have run the school's library.  I am really excited about working in Springfield's Child Study Team office as a Learning Disabilities Teacher Consultant!!
