SEPAG: A group of parents/guardians and educators who would like to gain an understanding of Special Education process and how this translates to the District’s Special Education program planning. The purpose of this group is to provide opportunities for parents and community members to offer input to their districts on critical issues related to students with disabilities.
New Jersey Administrative Code 6A:14-1.2(h) states:
Each Board of Education shall ensure that a special education parent advisory group is in place in the district to provide input to the district on issues concerning students with disabilities.
Vision: Our district’s SEPAG vision is to build a community of support, built on partnership, collaboration and voice.
Mission Statement: Our mission is to facilitate collaboration between students, parents, staff, and our community in order to promote inclusion, understanding of, respect for and support of all students with special needs in our community.

SPAN Parent Advocacy Network cordially invites you to join our upcoming "Kids and the Covid-19 Vaccine" webinar. Our special guest, expert, and advisor to the commissioner of health in NJ, Dr. Meg Fisher, will provide research-based information to families of children 5-11 years old.
Families will increase their knowledge, learn how to access the vaccine, how to speak to their child's doctor about vaccine safety, and access resources.
Attached are the flyers for the event in English and Spanish. Live, simultaneous interpretation will be available. Please share with your contacts.
